Expert Contributes to People Weekly Story about the Death of Jade Goody from Cervical Cancer
Chicago, IL, April 6, 2009—Dr. Mark Einstein, the medical director of GCF's National Cervical Cancer Public Education Campaign, contributed to the People Weekly coverage of the death of Jade Goody from cervical cancer by providing facts about how to prevent cervical cancer.
In its April 6, 2009, edition, People chronicled the sad news about the death of Goody, which included an interview with Dr. Einstein about the importance of the cervical cancer vaccine in preventing cervical cancer, a discussion of individual risk, the symptoms of the disease and the possibility of a cure.
